2024年4月12日現在、ASUSの公式ウェブサイトにおいて無線LANルーター「RT-AX3000」シリーズ向けのファームウェア Ver.3.0.0.4.388_24762が配信されています。

Ver.3.0.0.4.388_24762ではAiMeshにおけるバックホール接続の安定性やWireGuard VPNのパフォーマンスが向上したほか、ASUS製の無線LANルーターでは初となるDS-Liteのサポートが盛り込まれています。

2024年4月12日時点では「ASUS Wi-Fiルーターの全てが分かる」の対応機器一覧が更新されておらず、DS-Lite方式のIPv6 IPoE/IPv4 over IPv6接続サービスを提供するVNE各社（インターネットマルチフィード、アルテリア・ネットワークス、朝日ネット）の動作確認機器一覧にもRT-AX3000シリーズは含まれていないため、サポートされるサービスについては定かではありません。
ASUSは2021年よりMAP-E方式の「v6プラス」対応を開始し、2023年以降は一部機種において同じくMAP-Eを用いる「OCNバーチャルコネクト」へと対応を拡大していますが、DS-Liteは長らく未サポートの状態が続いていました。
